Georgetown M.S. in Aging & Health is excited to announce its new Certificate in Senior Living Administration. Beginning in Fall 2021, students will have the opportunity to pursue a unique, 15-credit degree designed to equip working professionals and new students alike with the skills necessary to flourish in the budding senior living administration industry.
The Certificate is led by industry veteran Andrew Carle who previously directed the nationally recognized undergraduate program in Senior Living Administration at George Mason University

Preparing Professionals to Work in Senior Living Administration
The Certificate in Senior Living Administration from the Graduate School of Arts & Science offers a unique graduate curriculum focused on independent senior living with courses in Senior Living Operations Management, Senior Living Sales & Marketing, and Internship opportunities in the nation’s leading senior living communities. Designed for leaders working in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, this flexible 15-credit program can be completed in as little as one year/two semesters.
Expert Faculty and Practitioners
All courses are taught by Georgetown University faculty. Students may choose to pursue electives in any of the GU schools on campus, pending instructor, and program director approval.
A Flexible Senior Living Administration Curriculum Customized By You
Certificate courses are offered in-person on Georgetown’s main campus in Washington, DC. Certificate students have the opportunity to learn alongside Master of Science students in the same classroom.
